Today in science lab we learned about pollution and its harmful effect. We used two different colors of bears to represent the healthy bears and the polluted ones. we used a chart that had two different sections, as side for the polluted and a part for the healthy bears. Then, we used a chart that represented 5 generations. The chart was used four times, in which a pollutant was added. The way it worked was if two healthy bears were together they were still alive. Also, if a healthy bear and pollutant were together the healthy one died. Finally, if two pollutants were together another is added. With this lesson on pollution I now know the bad effects and the horrible things that could happen to animals and humans!
